1. general provisions :

On the date of enrolment in a course organised by LinguAcademy, the package of services from our portfolio, from which the student has opted, is paid in full in advance. The school – SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL is obliged to follow the course only after receiving the proof of payment of the invoice.

You can register by phone or in writing by e-mail.

A course session can last between 1 and 2 hours. The course time at which the report is made is 60 minutes.

If you have registered for a group course, and for various reasons the minimum number of participants is not reached, the company reserves the right to postpone the start of the course until the date of registration of the sufficient number of participants.

Although we work with teachers who are highly trained in the field and have excellent teaching skills,

S.C. MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL does not guarantee that the desired level will be reached within a certain time period. The teacher is responsible for the successful assimilation of newly learned concepts, both with the teacher and with the student, thanks to the efforts made in his/her free time to acquire knowledge.

SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL is not authorised to issue language certificates or diplomas, as our teachers only provide the necessary training to pass the exams in internationally certified institutes.

• 2. Cancellation, refund of course fees :

If, for any reason, you cannot attend a course meeting, it is absolutely necessary to give notice at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Exceptions to this rule are only cases of force majeure, such as events that endanger the health or even the life of yourself or your family members. This means that the amount paid in advance for the meeting can be used for a later course meeting. If you do not comply with this rule, the amount paid in advance will not be refundable and will not be taken into account for future courses.

If you have paid for a course package and for personal reasons, not related to the skills or behaviour of the course teacher, you wish to withdraw from the course, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Exceptions are only made in cases where the decision is made to terminate the course at group level, in which case the course with that group will not take place at all and the unused amount will be refunded.

The skills of the LinguAcademy teachers are tested by knowledgeable people at the beginning of the collaboration. However, if you feel that the teacher’s approach is not useful to you, or if you consider that their skills are not up to your expectations, or that their behaviour leaves a lot to be desired, then you will be reimbursed for the rest of the money not used for the course.

Refunds for missed courses will be made upon written request by the student.

SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL reserves the right to change the teacher of the course, only for exceptional reasons related to his/her inability to attend the scheduled class times.
