In accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (EU) no. 679/2016, on the processing of personal data of natural persons and their protection, S.C. MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL processes the personal data of customers, only for the following purposes:

Organisation and delivery of online language courses Provision of translation and interpreting services

SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL processes the personal data of its clients in a legal and responsible manner, guaranteeing compliance with the legal regulations in force.

SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL undertakes to process and store the personal data of clients, only with their written consent, for a limited period of time, in order to provide the services previously established.

The personal data of SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL’s clients is protected and kept secure, and clients are informed of its storage by online or offline means.

At the client’s request, SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL is obliged to delete all data stored in the company’s database.

SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL assumes responsibility for not disclosing or transferring personal data to third parties. The only persons authorised to process such data are the company’s employees and collaborators.

The right of the person concerned

The right to request at any time, in writing, the modification, addition, rectification or deletion of personal data

The right to obtain information free of charge about the persons in charge of processing personal data The right to object to the processing of personal data or to restrict this process

The right to data portability, i.e. the receipt of personal data, upon request, in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format

Therefore, in order to complain about the non-respect of the rights protected by the Regulation, the data subject can turn to the ANSPDCP – the National Authority for the Supervision of the Processing of Personal Data – and/or to the courts.

The security policy for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data applies to all employees of SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL, as well as to all collaborators of SC MindGrow LinguaCenter MLC SRL.
